Working within this close-knit team, you will provide support in every operational aspect of the department.

Recruitment and Operations Coordinator ensures that all shifts are fully staffed with an appropriate team and that client expectations are exceeded.
Recruitment and Operations Coordinator
Minimum requirements
- Experience in events, customer service, hospitality or direct recruitment
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in spoken English and exceptional written English
- Confident phone manner and the ability to engage appropriately with applicants, casual staff and clients
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- There will be a requirement to work longer hours and weekend work and you'll be required to be oncall with the operations mobile on a rotating schedule time in lieu.
