We are looking to hire management roles of all levels:

Supervisors
Assistant Manager
General Manager

As we increase our units, our Birmingham sites become more well known and therefore busier. We are looking to increase our management team and continue this success.

We are a close knit bunch who know how to work hard We are looking for the right person to fit right into the team.

Fully independent and very hands on - you won't be working for a head office corporate or a man in a suit We ALL get our hands dirty and pitch in.

Listed below is a sample of the role requirements:

Support your team through busy service
setting an example, training and motivating.
Look after all customers generating great reviews and handling complaints effectively.
You should have previous hospitality experience and some experience managing fast service and a large team.
You will need to be a problem solver and proactive as the business owners work across all sites initiative is essential
