- Job Purpose
- We are currently looking for an administrator on a temporary basis for a 6 month period. This role will provide administration support to the Offshore People training function and maintain accurate training certification records within Onboard.
- Job Description
- Main accountabilities:
- Provide admin support to training and competence coordinators
- Responsible for arranging medicals for offshore workforce, in accordance with contract type
- Schedule employees in Onboard Tracker and upload certification when complete
- Complete timesheets in Onboard Tracker, where required
- Coordinate and arrange verification of competence assessment and assurance scheme
- Administer competence assessment and assurance scheme
- Administration of LMS (eLearning system) account, e.g. new starts, promotions, leavers
- Upload all LMS data and certification to Onboard Tracker
- Responsible for all purchase order and invoice administration associated with training bookings
- Arrange travel and accommodation for offshore workforce attending training, where required
- Administration of the training certification mailbox
- Liaise with training providers to ensure certification is received in good time
- Ensure accurate recording of all certification within Onboard Tracker
- Undertake all administrative tasks associated with training

Essential:
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication, organisation and time management skills

- Proven history of working in an administration function
