Are you an experienced financial services administrator? Are you an excellent communicator? Then this may be the role for you.

Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is looking for a talented Senior Investment Administrator to join their Bristol team.

In this role you will:

Ensure that administrators carry out their duties efficiently and that the investment administrative service is completed in a timely manner from end to end
Assist in the ongoing and day to day administration management of investment structure within the department
Provide input on technical issues, attending client meetings where required
Informing Account Managers, clients and financial intermediaries of issues affecting their schemes where appropriate
Build good relationships with clients and business introducers

About you:

Sound experience within the field of pension investments administration or dealings and can demonstrate a full working knowledge of all market active pension wrappers
Excellent communicator and able to crosstrain new starters to internal procedures and methods
Confidently and accurately handle data
Exceptional attention to detail skills
