Job Purpose Statement
This role plays a key role in driving the Asset Management technology risk continuous improvement program.

You will work with multiple stakeholders across the business to gather issues and requirements and work with multiple technical disciplines to definetechnical solutions and implements plans.

We are looking for somebody with an interest in technology risk who has a desire to get involved in all aspects of technology risk management and is looking to grow in the role.


Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:


  • Help drive Asset Management Technology risk management practices through consulting and thought leadership.
  • Leverage the organization's Technology Control Framework and comprehensive risk catalog to collectively help drive Technology performance while meeting other stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitate the deployment of the organizations Technology Control Framework with assigned Technology teams. Support Technology teams to deploy, monitor and improve their critical functions in alignment with the control requirements. Communicate requirementsto Technology teams and, supporting leaders in complying and soliciting areas for improvement.
  • Support the approach to drive the AM Technology Risk Office functions, including documented processes, risks and controls and provide reporting of status. Build out current dashboards to provide the leadership team a view into status of effort and scorecardsfor their areas.
  • Work with Risk & Control Services (RCS) and other audit and compliance functions to align work and deliverables with the Technology Risk Office operating model. Oversee Technology engagement in audits and assessments to provide assurance that work remainsfocused on risks and controls deemed vital for the reliably delivering services and solutions.
  • Design materials and conduct any Technology governancerelated training. Facilitate the inclusion of Risk principles into awareness and training programs on topics such as performance management, quality management, risk management, compliance, etc.
  • Produce and manage MI up to all levels of management
  • Support Technology Risk team project engagement to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
  • Drive general continuous improvement across technology controls and disciplines including working across all risk teams to ensure a strong working relationship and sharing of information and ideas.

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have
:


  • Solid experience preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field including Technology Risk experience.
  • Financial services experience particularly Asset Management
  • Strong understanding of controls in a technology environment
  • Experience of control implementation and remediation
  • Strong level of knowledge and experience in Technology Infrastructure.
  • Strong planning and delivery capabilities

Desired Capabilities

  • Experince of deploying and montioring controls across a number of teams.
  • Certifications Preferred: CISA, CGEIT, CRISC Experience in public accounting, consulting or internal audit.
  • Presentation skills both preparing materials and presenting.
