Trainee Sales Negotiator

This is a well established office with an excellent reputation in the area and is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator.

Full training and support will be given to help develop a thorough understanding of the property industry.

They would be expected to grow and develop the sales service provided by Belvoir Melton Mowbray and Bingham. Based in the Melton Mowbray and the Bingham office this person should be forward thinking and self motivated. There is a requirement to travel across the area covering both offices and work from either.

It is hoped that this person will become confident to undertake appraisals, marketing of properties, viewings and negotiating offers.

They would be responsible for the sales progressing and compliance across the Melton Mowbray and Bingham offices.

They would be developing the brand awareness through social media marketing, videos and communications.

Full training will be provided. Must have own car and business insurance cover.

The role will have commission paid on sales completions to supplement the base salary.


Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
