Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a fast growing business services company to recruit their new
Head of Performance Marketing.

With a global presence and new UK proposition, they are looking for an experienced digital leader to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for a multi million pound budget, allocated across search, social, display and affiliates.

Working with the other Heads of in the SLT, you'll be responsible for end to end campaign management, setting the strategy, delivering the campaigns, reporting and optimising.

The role involves developing this function in the business to lay the foundation for success in the UK - setting the short and long term strategy to optimise media investments.

You will be given the autonomy to have a test and learn approach, with flexibility on platforms and toolkits to allow for industry innovation.

You will have verifiable experience in a similar role, with several years experience managing teams and delivering outstanding results across all performance channels.

You will be passionate about industry, fully educated on best practise and driving outstanding results for yourself, the team, and the wider business.

In return you will have the opportunity to work with some industry heavyweights as they navigate the launch in the UK market, and be given full responsibility to lead this function of the business.
