My client is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Hostel Manager to successfully manage a Hostel under the Housing Act 1996.

The manager is looking for someone with experience managing the same of similar premises. The Manager will have experienceworking closely with vulnerable people and offering guidance and assistance when necessary. A successful manager is confident to run the premises alongside an onsite caretaker.

The client is looking for an experienced Manager to ensure Health and Safety requirements are consistently met. The manager will be expected to support needs and able to manage customer expectations regarding their housing options.

Duties Includes:

Recent experience managing a Hostel which accommodates households under the Housing Act 199
Responsible of the management of onsite caretaker.
Experience working closely with vulnerable clients.
Enhanced DBS required for role.
Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for a Hostel or similar premises.
Able to participate on a shift rota which rotates weekly.
