Role overview:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our London operation as a Corporate Receptionist. The role will be split between our West End Global Head Office and our City Offices.


This is a rewarding and dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and the hustle and bustle of working on the front line.


Person Specification:


  • Previous corporate reception experience essential
  • Excellent communicator, with a professional and friendly phone manner and meet and greet style
  • Approachable and assertive; proactive with good initiative and a cando attitude
  • Excellent presentation; must maintain a professional and polished appearance
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have previous experience of using both switchboard and meeting room booking software
  • Good IT skills: must be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
