Assistant Company Accountant
Location - Hyde
Salary - £29-33k depending on experience
Simpson Judge is currently working with a well established, fast paced retail/ wholesale business.

This is a permanent opportunity to work with a leading manufacturers with head offices based in UK, Canada and Australia.


Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and post monthly recurring journals/ transactions
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
  • Prepare and post intercompany journals, ensuring all figures are reconciled by agreed deadlines
- maintaining fixed asset register

Experience/Skills required:

  • Ability to work with and lead a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Accurate, organised, and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong teamwork ethic
