We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator on a 18-month Fixed Term Contract. The purpose of this role is to provide project administrative support to Project Integrate - a complex, large scale project focussed on delivering large scale changeinto the UK organisation, co-ordinating with stakeholders internally, externally and across a Global team

Project Administrator Overview

In this role you will be:

  • Liaise and support the Project Integrate core project team on project objectives and direction varying in scope and duration.
  • Planning and arranging logistics for meetings.
  • Producing project documents / minutes.
  • Managing contractor and external partner relationships.
  • Organising dedicated workspace and meeting room requirements.
  • Assist the Project Manager and team in the production and maintenance of project plans.
  • Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.
  • Act as the point of contact for all participants.
  • Coordinate and liaise with various UK & Global 3rd parties, as well as across the internal Masonite organisation, particularly the Global IT team.
  • Coordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports.
  • Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements and ensure adherence to Company ISO procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate designated project meetings, participate and contribute to all other relevant meetings.
  • Ensure the strict control of all relevant documentation.
  • Acquire and retain in depth product, supplier and customer knowledge.
  • Develop product knowledge.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

About you

  • Prior experience of supporting IT or software projects would be a strong advantage.
  • Have indepth experience of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Some experience with Microsoft Project
