Top Job Recruitment are seeking a CNC Setter for a manufacturing client in Clacton-on-Sea.

This role will be within the 5 Axis milling department using a variety of mills and working as part of a team to maximise output and efficiency throughout.

Responsibilities:

Assigned to a machine to set in a safe and efficient manor
Achieve and uphold the required output from the machines
Be responsible for inprocess checks to Blue Print using different equipment and machines
Carry out routine maintenance and house keeping duties
Clean and deburr parts to customer's needs
Boxing and packaging of components
Carry out any additional duties requested of you

Knowledge Required:

Setting CNC vertical milling machines critical
Knowledge of Heidenhain controllers is desirable
Read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with gauges and inspection equipment
Experience of using various work holding solutions, tool holding methods and cutting tolls

Mon to Fri 8am-4.30pm

£12.60-£16.60 per hour depending on experience
