Job Purpose - You will work with people across Swindon with ASD/LD and mild to moderate mental health concerns at pre/post assessment stage.
You will work as part of a team to deliver a wide variety of wellbeing support, including specific evidence-based interventions for people with ASD/LD.
You will manage your own caseload of people by delivering person-centred support, group and peer support and other responsibilities identified during the progression of the service.

Essentials:
- Experience of working within a mental health service
- Experience of providing 1:2:1 support
- Experience of running groups
- Experience of working with autistic people
- An understanding of a range of skills, preventions, interventions and management linked to wellbeing and personcentred support
- A sound understanding and knowledge of recovery principles and the role of mental health services across Swindon.
- GCSE/O Levels education (94/A*C) in Maths & English (or equivalent numeracy and literacy).
- Degree or Diploma in an appropriate health and social care field, i.e. psychology _Desirable._
- An accredited qualification with the appropriate professional body (i.e. Health and Care Professions Council, Nursing & Midwifery Council, Charted Management Institute etc.)
