Description
My client is a highly successful organisation focussed on supplying the hospitality, restaurant and catering sectors with a variety of tangible products to support development of new, established and growing businesses.
Main focus of this role will be to create and build on a sales strategy to achieve the company business plan targets while ensuring outstanding customer service is key driver.
- Accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Managing regular reviews and field visits.
- Personally identifying and converting new opportunities whilst effectively managing existing customer accounts.
- Mentor, motivate and lead this high performing and growing sales/business development team.
- Identify clients' needs whilst demonstrating an excellent level of service through good product knowledge.
- Design, build and execute an effective pipeline to drive new business to meet monthly targets.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to ensure company product range/ profile, via a variety of media sources, is kept up to date focussed on its target audience.
You will currently lead a sales team in an SME and will have a proven track record of successfully increasing market share and profitability.
