The Space Planning Assistant supports the Space and Commercial Planning Manager with leading the drive for change in our retail estate, from overall store design to customer experiences
- it is a role that encompasses all facets of the business: culminating in the delivery of an elevated retail experience that our customers now expect from Frasers Group. Responsibilities will look to drive the brand forward with new and existing estate within the Group. You will support and drive the direction, development, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments and goals.

Part of this role will include analysing and reporting on all Store and Creative Development Projects. Analysing data and trends of both the business as a whole and new stores to help inform future decisions.

Proving concepts and highlighting weaknesses help drive the new store design forward ensuring we are delivering stores that maximise both the customer experience and commerciality.


This role will be a point of contact for all assigned stores and ensuring communication is shared with the correct parties efficiently.

Tracking all outstanding works and sharing back updates to the Space and Commercial Planning Manager.


Qualifications:


  • Technically literate.
  • Experience using Excel and Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience of Business Intelligence/Data Visualisation (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience using In-Design (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience working across Retail with an analytical mindset and an ability to problem solve in a methodical and yet still creative way.
  • Selfstarter able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
  • Must be able to work well under tight deadlines
