Administrative Assistant Role:


As an
Administrative Assistant you will support the Project Management and report to the Network Deployment Manager to action all admin duties.

The
Administrative Assistant will support the network build process by ensuring that timely updates are co-ordinated, updated and reported.

As the
Administrative Assistant, you will**:


  • Work with network deployment project managers to maintain the deployment build plans.
  • Coordinate the issuing of the required leaflets in line with build and poling
  • Liaise with the Contract Partners to keep build plans updated.
  • Liaise with network deployment project managers and inform them of dates when build can commence.
  • Undertake financial control for the processing of Compensation Events associated with build in line with company processes.
  • General admin duties
  • Liaise with Installations team and Planning regarding failed home installations.
  • Ensure reports are updated timeously.
  • Take minutes of Contractor meetings and distribute.

Required Skills/Experience:


  • Experience of having created and maintained processes at a functional level.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
  • High level of competency of Microsoft Office products.
  • Able to use initiative and possesses innovative approach to problem
  • Has the right to work in the UK
  • Lives within commutable distance to Portsmouth HQ
