Previous recruitment experience is essential, although individuals with strong customer service skills will also be considered for this challenging, but highly rewarding role.
Key duties will include:
- Searching for CVs via our extensive database
- Arranging interviews, completing paperwork to uphold CQC standards and compliance
- Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
- Browsing social networking sites for suitable job profiles with required skills
We are looking for:
- A selfstarter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills.
- Previous recruitment experience within health and social care ideal
- General experience of health & social care sector preferred however not essential
- Experience of a customer focused role
- Demonstrable ability to develop business relationships / marketing
