An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading Distributor based in Manchester.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional communication and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as supporting dayto day operations.

Our client is a well established Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company based in Manchester looking for an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.


Description

Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Placing forward orders in line with monthly order cut off.
  • Organising and attending regular meetings and updates.
  • Ensuring all spreadsheets and systems are up to date and correct.
  • Take ownership of your personal objectives and development.
  • Work within the Data Protection policy to ensure that we are meeting our obligations
  • Managing the end to end order process
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment

Profile

  • Experience managing customer orders within supply chain
  • B2B customer experience
  • Customer Service Coordinator experience (advantageous but not essential)
- proactive customer approach
