Description
Working as part of the TECHNICAL SERVICES team for a leading provider of retail / point of sale software in the UK, your primary role will be to respond to and resolve customer issues and queries, both with our own software (full training will be provided)as well as general hardware and software support.
The role additionally includes providing IT support internally to company staff, as well as managing and progressing new client software installations.
The role may also include:
- supporting our customer servers / networking
- preparing hardware orders (computers, receipt printers etc.) for despatch to our clients
- database / SQL work
The job is primarily based at our offices in Finchley, however some working from home can be accommodated.
This job would suit anyone keen to develop their existing technical abilities, working within a wide range of technologies (Windows, Networking, VMWare, Servers, Desktop Support, Database, PCs, Office 365 etc.).
