Fix Auto (Norwich) are recruiting experienced and talented Bodyshop Technicians, M.E.T Technicians who are experienced.

Ideally you will be holding an Bodyshop Relevant NVQ3 in MET and or Mechanical, for this Qualification Grade your hourly rate will be £17.04 per hour.

If you are holding a Senior ATA Qualification your rate will be £18.15 per hour.

Though qualifications are not totally essential as an example we offer fully skilled and unqualified stafff £15.02 per hour.

Semi Skilled NVQ2 depending on experience and ther progression to achieve an NVQ3 can earn between £12.50 and £15.02 per hour

Qualifications are a nice to have though not essential, as full training coaching along with fully funded qualifications are offered to talented team members with the right attitude.

Any relevant qualifications will have been achieved in the last 30 months for them to be valid or recognised.

Dealership Mechanics / Technicians

Our business has an excellent track record in developing Dealership Mechanics / Technicians into Bodyshop Mechanics and Accident Repair Strip and Refit MET Technicians, though to be successful you must have an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and do the job differently.

Working an average of a 4 day week working 44 hours you will have an excellent work life Balance various patterns working 4 days out of 7 in the period Monday to Saturday

_ Service Technicians have to realise that you must be able to deal with jobs that can take many hours or often days to complete, It is not like doing a regular oil service, or brake changes that take only a few minutes, accident repair requires you to have patience, focus, dedication, accurancy and consistency._

_ There is also a need for you to have the ability to handle various brands, follow methods and processes and to be able to think for yourself, you will be motivated and responsible you will have a can do attitude, Accident Repair is so much more rewarding than being a service technician though similar it is totally different._

You will be using the industries leading diagnostic equipment, it will be wide ranging and not brand specific.

Electric Vehicle Training
Have you been involved in electric vehicle training in your current job, working within the Pronto business we will want to develop you, making e sure you are fully It would be good if you will understand and be able to work on EV had HV Electric vehicles, and make you confident and safe in working with this technology, therefore it is not a problem if you have not had and EV experience of training

Fix Auto offer fully funded training and to the highest IMI Industry Standard through PSA Taining our affiliated and accredited training centre within our partner business, you will recieve the full support of our own company training coach we will makesure you are fully conversant with every aspect of our processes and technology contained within the modern car.

The team at Fix Auto (Norwich) pride themselves on being transparent both with our salary grade system to standardise our hourly rates which is as set out below.**- **Fully skilled though without any formal qualifications these team members receive a basic hourly rate of £15.02 per hour for this you will be a professional with minimum of 5 years work place experience.**-
NVQ 3 Qualified £17.04 with a minimum of 5 years work place experience

As part of our continued growth and development strategy, at Fix Auto (Norwich) we are also recruiting paint sprayers, we are especially interested those who can do a bit of Panel Beating also, we are also interested in those of you who are Panel Beaters with experience knowledge, if you hold qualifications thats a bonus, you may also want to spread the word, we are also looking for outright M.E.T Bodyshop Technicians, Panel Beaters, Paint Sprayers, & Smart Repair Technicians

All Relevant Qualifications will have been achieved in the last 30 months.

Our business is especially suited to those of you who have a wide and varied skill set, we are looking for you to be confident and competent in what ever aspect of accident you are a professional in.

The Financial Rewards

_Grade 4_

Fully Skilled with no qualification, minimum of 5 years work related experience, earns £15.02 per hour working a 44 hour working week turns a flat basic salary of £34,365 working on our pattern_

_Grade 3_

Fully Skilled holding an NVQ 3 qualification achieved in last 30 months, with a minimum 5 years work related experience earns you £17.04 per hour flat basic, working on a pattern, working average of 44 hours per week which is 2236 hrs per year x this by £18.04 = a flat basic of £38,987.52_
