Secondment opportunity / fixed-term for 12 months due to funding
:


The wards include a six bedded Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit (IPCU), two Acute General Adult Admissions wards comprising of a total of 41 beds, a Specialist Dementia Assessment Unit with 16 beds and an Older Adult Acute Admission ward with 24 beds.


The successful applicant will ensure accurate recording of information on a variety of systems, support audit, generate reports and organise clinical and non-clinical meetings.

A significant component of the post will be the work to audit our environment and liaise with a variety of stakeholders in reducing risk and coordinating work.

You will work collaboratively with staff across the Mental Health and Learning Disability Services to ensure high quality patient care and treatment across the system.


This post will work closely with the Service Manager and Clinical Nurse Managers for inpatient services, providing support to deliver assurance on the quality and safety of inpatient mental health services.
