DSFS are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join the Finance Department. The Customer Service Apprentice would be part of a team of five based in Patient Accounts.

You would be responsible for performing a wide range of duties to provide an accurate and timely service to both patients and staff.

In addition to raising invoices and providing a credit control service for the Trust and Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd.

Completion of Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship (in conjunction with Sheffield College).

Carry out a wide range of duties in the following areas;

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Charitable Funds
  • NHS Healthcare Travel Costs Scheme
  • Credit Control
  • Patient Monies
  • Adhere to all DSFS Policies and Procedures,

  • Effective use of IT technology type equipment and systems required to maintain the quality/provision of services.
