To ensure the profitable production of all Professional Services (across surveying and valuation specialisms to include Landlord and Tenant work) we offer to as wide a group of clients as possible without compromising quality, competence or reputation.

• Line managing other Surveyors and administration team.
• Consideration of requests for fee quotes to include supervision of conflicts checks and providing fee estimates in competition with others.
• Distribution/allocation of work once received.
• If delegated to others, subsequent supervision and QA on the work they produce.
• Monthly management/review of fee income produced by the department.
• Managing own workload of instructions across all Professional Services offered/undertaken by the Department to include all tasks set out in the RICS Registered Valuer job description.

• Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
• Experience in either or both commercial and residential sectors.
• Knowledge of development valuation using the Argus System and or development monitoring experience would be beneficial.
• General IT skills to utilise data bases and work through reports, etc.
• Strong analytical abilities and efficient working methods.
• Good people and communication skills.
