INSET online is seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to be responsible for collaborative workstreams across our organisation. INSET online are a well-established company based on the Sussex University Campus. We facilitate live online trainingfor major UK organisations within the Education Sector, enabling over 2000 events a year. We have a team of 60 full and part time staff. The role would suit someone with administrative experience, a drive for quality and a passion for education. You will beproviding an administrative structure to our team whilst serving the needs of our customers.


Overview of Duties
To ensure the smooth, effective running of our live events whilst providing a point of contact for our clients and their customers:

• Overseeing the administrative operations of our organisation
• Providing support pre, post and during events
• Maintaining accurate event spreadsheets from data provided by our clients
• Managing the process of trainer contact prior to events
• Creating and sending joining instructions as required using automated systems
• Preparing and sending post event reporting to our clients

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• High level organisational skills
• An ability to prioritise and accomplish tasks accurately
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently
• Flexibility and willingness to help with other duties as required
• Ability to learn new software as required
