Our HR Executive fully supports the Operations Director with day-to-day administration across the HR and Operations function.

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum of two year's experience in Human Resources administratiom
  • Experience in a fastpaced and highly efficient working environment

  • Operations Director

Key responsibilities

Personnel/HR administration

  • Accurate personnel record administration during employment cycle
  • Lead administrator for Personio, incl
  • Holiday and absence management
  • Onboarding and offboarding process administration
  • XeroMe time management system user support and admin
  • Work flow administration
  • Employee risk assessments
  • All employee database/software admin
  • Freelancer admin
  • Recruitment process support
  • NDA/confidentiality agreements
  • Interview process diary management / team liaison

Operational support

  • Asset and document management administration
  • Manage user allocation of all office equipment laptops, screens, mobiles, access cards
  • Lanes storage archiving docs
  • Printers
  • Office premises administration
  • Heat, light, cleaner, recycling, fire extinquishers and alarms
  • Internal and external maintentance
  • Stationary administration
  • Lead on Roadmap support queries (IT) incl wifi and phones
  • Screen set up meeting room
  • Access admin all offices
  • Wider team support
  • Diary management
  • Travel and hotel bookings
  • Adhoc support to Financial Controller, MD and Founders
