You will be working in the IT Solutions team in Eurofins Forensic Services, the market-leader in the provision of forensic services to police forces in England and Wales. We support various law enforcement organisations across the globe, Military, the legal profession (barristers and solicitors), private and public sector organisations and members of the general public with our comprehensive range of services. You will be making a real world difference and will be part of a team of 650 dedicated and passionate scientists, experts and support staff helping make the world a safer place.

Hours:37.5 per week**This is an exciting opportunity to join Eurofins Forensic Services (EFS) to lead the Business Intelligence and Information capability in the IT Solutions Team, providing support across EFS and external stakeholders to provide:

Robust business intelligence systems and processes delivering high quality Management Intelligence and Analytics to support the growth of Eurofins Forensics Services (EFS)
All external customer management information requirements compliant to contract requirements
Generation and analysis of key performance metrics
Provision of adhoc requests for data from both internal and external stakeholders.
Opportunities to evolve the provision of business intelligence to explore areas where we can add additional value across the business
KPI reporting to enable improved decision making, promoting more efficient use of resources and explaining the "Bottom Line"

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Ensure effective use of Business Intelligence through engagement with key stakeholders, providing excellent insight to enable correct working behaviours and outcomes.
Collaborate with all EFS business units to deliver a partnership approach to determining requirements to enable informed decisions.
Coordinate and control the design and implementation of innovative and compelling reports, dashboards, visualisations and models in Power BI to measure KPIs to support effective decision making.
Direct and oversee the development of the reporting infrastructure and reporting platform architecture as we move into full adoption of Power BI reporting and visualisation
To be the business owner for all relevant functional areas of source systems, business processes and business intelligence tools and to work with IT Crews to maximise system availability and monitor system performance KPIs
Deliver a continuous improvement pipeline across all aspects of Business Intelligence, including but not limited to data process and technical improvements.
To be a key stakeholder with regard to project and change management initiatives/programmes ensuring delivery of fit for purpose BI products.
To support the complete bid/tender lifecycle, providing best in class Business Information and Intelligence capability.
Advise the Senior Leadership Team through use of advanced metrics and trend analysis on business status and risk.
Work with the Head of Finance to ensure all relevant revenue data is available and provided to support accurate reporting on cash flow, profit and loss and other financial information as required.
Attendance at meetings with both internal and external stakeholders as required.
