Senior Infrastructure Engineer (3rd line)

I'm recruiting for a Infrastructure engineer (3rd line) to work for a client who is looking for the below technical skills coupled with good communication and the ability to work well within a team and support others.

This role will be balanced between BAUand some project work.
The team covers Windows technologies a covering a wide range of components such as DHCP, DNS, AD, GPO, Monthly Patching, storage, networking


Experience:


  • VMware Esxi versions 5.5, 6.5 or
  • Experience with building and managing servers, hosts in a corporate environment
  • Experience with Commvault is a must
  • Strong Active Directory experience
  • ADFS, Group policies, domain controllers
  • Windows Server support and engineering
  • Any experience with cloud technologies such as Azure would be useful
  • Any experience with automation such as PowerShell scripting or similar would be useful
The salary is paying £60,000 - £65,000. This will be a permanent role.

Hybrid working is offered between - 2 days in the London office (walking distance from Bank or London Bridge station) and 3- 4 days from home.
