Service Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to manage, motivate, and develop a healthcare team and its services across the UK for a healthcare charity.

Salary:
Up to £41,324 depending on experience
Location:
Homebased with very occasional travel to Maidenhead
Contract:
Full time, permanent
About the role:
As Service Development Manager you will manage and develop the Healthcare services of the charity ensuring excellent benefit to beneficiaries and delivery of their charitable objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote support services to the public and healthcare professionals across the health systems of the UK.
- Manage an effective and efficient helpline
- Manage the production and update of information materials both off and online
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate and develop the enews
- Manage identified project and programmes across the charity
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and evaluation systems are in place to measure outcomes and impact
- Establish good relationships with key stakeholders.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need to be an excellent, supportive and engaging manager, with experience of service delivery within a healthcare setting ideally.
Essential skills and experience include:
- Experience of developing and delivering services/projects to educate and increase reach and engagement of beneficiaries.
- Experience of collaborative working, particularly with marketing teams.
- Experience of evaluating services/projects to demonstrate impact.
- Experience and an excellent understanding of commercial relationships.
- Strong project and people management skills.
- Experience managing budgets.
- The ability to establish good relationships with key stakeholders.
