Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + fantastic benefits

Position Summary
This is a fast-paced technical role which requires a high attention to detail, industry knowledge and a self-starter attitude to drive a best-in-class CRM experience.
A little bit about us
A day in the life of a CRM Campaign Specialist...
As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and management of all B2C and B2B campaigns.
You will:
- Respond to customer strategy brief for CRM channels, utilising best practice knowledge and test and learn results to inform the response.
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies to support the delivery of campaigns.
- Work closely with CRM Insights to understand targeting data available and create test and control segments.
- QA all comms, having a sense of responsibility and pride for what is executed.
- Manage the planning, implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns across channels.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of CRM efforts and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data insights to optimise future CRM activities.

- Ability to manage multiple requests and juggle deadlines whilst managing capacity and stakeholder expectations.
- Be the channels champion, educating on best practices, driving continual optimisation and automation and always looking for innovation.
- Ability to trouble shoot.
- High attention to detail and ability to QA
- Aware of industry trends and best practices in CRM, loyalty programs, and customer experience to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- All aspects of the Marketing tech stack configuration and administration
- Budget management
Your skills
- Awareness of web personalisation and utilising targeted audiences across paid
- Experience using CDP, CEP, HTML editors and data flow software (ideally Adobe and Taxi)
- Have a working knowledge of MS Excel and be comfortable handling raw data.
- Proven experience of stakeholder management
- Able to demonstrate utilising data to drive strategies and decision making.
- Detail orientated.
- A selfstarter attitude wanting to be part of a team striving for innovation and best in class CRM execution.
