Are you seeking a new job in project management? Buro Happold is looking for a Junior Project Manager to contribute to the future growth strategy through technology, innovation, design and ESG related change projects. This role offers a hybridworking arrangement but there will be the need to be based out of our Global Headquarters in Bath, and therefore, it would be preferable to be commutable to this location.


Key Duties:

  • To provide key stakeholder management throughout the technology, innovation, design and ESG communities ensuring the alignment with company growth plan.
  • To provide project support and lead transformation projects and initiatives across the practice
  • Facilitate understanding, buyin and required input from relevant stakeholders of transformation projects and initiatives across the practice.
  • Provide input for change project teams, setting goals, progress and direction throughout the delivery of endtoend project delivery.
  • Assist in pushing projects forward, creating and maintaining engagement.
  • Develop a global network of relevant relationships across the business and work closely and collaboratively with external consultants to ensure maximum impact of projects.
  • A degree qualified in a relevant field with technology skills highly desirable.
  • Change management skills design and implementation of change communications.
  • Training in or understanding of PRINCE2 or Agile
  • Proven communication and relationship skills.
