We have an exciting opportunity to join our existing T&C Supervision team.

We are looking for those of you who wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office with hybrid working opportunities.

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.

The role is an integral part of T&C Supervision.

The role is to effectively deliver key elements of the T&C framework in line with the firm's culture, values and risk management approach.

This includes responsibility for supervision of T&C practices across the IFA population, alongside IFA development and training.


Key Responsibilities as our Training & Competence Supervisor will include:

  • To effectively deliver the T&C requirements of the firm.
  • To supervise up to circa 50 advisers within span of control across the firm.
  • To develop pre CAS advisers to full competency.
  • Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of KPI standards across the IFA population.
  • To assist the Head of T&C Supervision and the Head of Advice Support with adviser inductions and ongoing adviser training, as and when required.
  • To demonstrate and share knowledge and understanding.
  • To maintain personal adherence to the T&C Supervisor T&C Scheme, demonstrating consistently a good supervisory risk rating.
  • To maintain accurate records relating to T&C and other matters.
  • To maintain personal knowledge and skills.

What we are looking for in our ideal
Training & Competence Supervisor:

  • Experienced Financial Services Professional.
  • Previous T&C and Sales Management experience.
  • Ideally IFA sector experience.
  • Qualified to at least QCA Level 4 Diploma standard.
  • Hold a relevant industry supervision qualification such as H15, J07 or AF6 would be desirable.
  • An accomplished communicator with experience of interacting effectively with both individuals and groups.
