Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a luxury, fashion brandto recruit a Retail Finance Business Partner to join the team based in London.

Roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting our physical retail business
Variance Analysis of the full P&L on a monthly basis, to report back to the business on risks and opportunities. Actively build action plans to improve operational efficiency
Regularly report on sales and KPI performance
Be a key contact in finance to communicate and support strategic initiatives
Investment and portfolio analysis of our current and future estate
Plan and forecasting on a quarterly basis the full retail P&L engaging with budget holders and retail management team as well as senior management and our central finance team
Line manage a team of three to four analysts
Support Retail and HR on payroll related topics such as recruitment, cost management, sales variable pay, pay bandings and structures
Assist in lease management to ensure correct accounting of our store leases
Commercial Finance experience
Preferable background in a retail environment or multisite businesses
Line Management Experience preferable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the company.
Enthusiastic, selfconfident and proactive.
Strong attention to detail and is very analytical.
