A great opportunity for an individual, ideally with exposure to the Lloyd's insurance market, to join a highly progressive Lloyd's underwriter.

The role will be extremely broad with involvement in all aspects of corporation tax reporting for the group andtax accounting and compliance function for all entities within the group.

Duties will range from the BAU tax calculations and provisions for statutory accounts and management accounts, tax forecasting and budgeting as well as the development of the tax functionboth to reflect evolving legislation and a growing and innovative company.

There will be much headroom for the individual to 'put their stamp' on the function. Additionally, the company has a complicated corporate structure with numerous joint ventures andsubsidiary companies.

The appointee will act as the principle tax advisor to these entities and be involved with new and potential acquisitions.

The role equally suited to an individual moving from practice or from within the insurance industry.
