It's an exciting time to join the team here at AXA Retail with significant investment and digital development planned right across the business.
Reporting to the Director of Moja and working with the new management team the Projects Co-Ordinator will have a keen interest in the insurance industry and will want to work in a fast-growth business and thrive in a dynamic environment.
At AXA we're adopting a hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office with 2 days per week at the Weybridge office and 1 or 2 days per month in one of our other UK offices - likely to be Middlesbrough or London.
What you'll be doing:
- Project Management which could, for example, range from working with Procurement sourcing a new software tool to helping our Head of HR establish the Moja culture
- Working with our AXcelerate Programme Manager to make sure all our great work is properly set up and running smoothly
- Maintain a log of controls and audits and make sure the whole team is working on their actions
- Research for example working with our Product Team to research future opportunities
- Internal communications running the staff newsletter, organising team calls
- Managing events such as product launches and staff celebrations
Qualifications:
- Degree OR CII Qualified
- Project Management experience (ideally Agile)
- Proficient in PowerPoint technically and creatively
- Strong in Excel (e.g., pivot tables and formulae)
- Retail insurance regulation knowledge
- Stakeholder management
- Internal communication management
- Self starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Lots of Initiative and resilience
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
