Role Overview


This role will be part of the e-Mobility and EV Solutions team, and will directly and materially contribute to the company's objectives for reducing customers' energy consumption and carbon through a project, with a focus on electrification of fleets anddeployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure solutions.

As the administrative lead for our pre-construction sales activities, you will play a vital role in the continued growth and expansion of our EV infrastructure team, helping our clientsto make the transition to low carbon fuelled vehicles, therefore delivering air quality improvements in our local communities.


Main Duties

  • Supporting the business development team with account development planning and sales planning activities
  • Qualifying inbound sales leads and allocating to the relevant business development manager through salesforce
  • Coordinating and planning site surveys
  • Liaising with relevant team members, service partners and client contacts to book site visits whilst always keeping the customer informed of progress
  • Obtaining site data to support the solution design process
  • Producing quote documents for small value prospects as and when required
  • Support Solutions Designers packaging up proposal documents (cosmetic / branding style activities)
  • Supporting with the development of materials for customer meetings (PowerPoint slides for example)
