    Express Recruitment are delighted to be helping a successful and growing business with the recruitment of Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly and welcoming team in Annesley. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience however this is not essential. What is essential is having the ability to make customers feel listened to and be able to effectively resolve problems.

    Due to the location of the role a driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential or you must be able to get the bus to a business park on the outskirts of Annesley.

    The role involves shift patterns between 8:00am and 8:00pm. The position offers hybrid working with 2 days per week from home and 3 days from the office. Please note that it is essential for new starters to spend the first couple of weeks training full time from the office. There is also a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings which will be from home.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Answer inbound telephone calls, emails and live chat queries

    Process customer orders within a timely manner ensuring accuracy

    Discuss customer requirements and provide advice and guidance

    Provide information to customers about the service

    Update a bespoke customer database with confidential information

    Skills & Experience

    Previous customer service experience is preferred

    Polite and professional telephone manner is essential

    Able to prioritise workloads

    Strong IT skills to include MS Office are essential

    Fast and accurate data entry skills
