Duties:
The job role will be varied and interesting with a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to the following which is an example of the work to be undertaken.
- Issue offer letters to new employees.
- References for new employees.
- Produce Induction Packs.
- Set-up Personnel Files for new starters - digital and hard copies.
- Set-up new starters on Payroll and Bank Account.
- Scan incoming cheques up to £500 each to bank account on phone APP
- Complete monthly/annual figures for Office for National Statistics
- Produce Quarterly Reports for Oxford University - Loraine does most of this now
- Produce Certificates for Fire Training and send to customer when training invoice paid
- Deal with motoring fines. Pay fine where applicable and reclaim from employee through payroll. If Police Intent to Prosecute notice received, pass details of driver of the vehicle to the police and inform the employee what has been done.
Housekeeping
- Purchase Milk for the week each Monday for staff fridge. You reclaim the cost from Petty Cash.
- Deal with cleaning contract - ensure office cleaned each week on a Monday and on bank holiday Mondays re-arrange the cleaning to be done on a different day that week.
- Check printer ink stocks to ensure we have sufficient and re-order as necessary.
- Renew annual maintenance contract for Xerox Versalink Printer. Next renewal due by 3rd March 2024.

- Previous experience in an administrative role
Salary:
£22,755.00-£26,000.00 per year
