About the Job:


Inclusive Companies are seeking an Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our friendly, focussed team where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's management by performing a multitude of administrative tasks, managing schedules, and handling accounting responsibilities to enhance efficiency and organisation within the office.


  • Organize and coordinate management's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and filed appropriately.
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial reports.
  • Monitor office supplies: order and restock as needed.
  • Ensure effective office administration and completion of clerical tasks.
  • Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide support on adhoc projects and presentations as required by management.
  • Oversee the operation of office accounts, and plan and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate both internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and lunches.

Inclusive Companies would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or a similar role with accounts responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving ability.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial and personal information.
  • Some experience of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (either personally or professionally) is desired but not compulsory as training will be provided.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience with office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, and databases.
