External Quality Assurer (EQA) - Nationwide
Central Qualifications is a veterinary awarding organisation looking to expand their team with an additional EQA.

The Role

The quality assurance of centre delivery and assessment processes
To provide support and guidance to our centres
Provide training and standardisation activities for centres
Liaising with training centres; some visits to our centres as required.

Essential Criteria

Applicants will need to be current with RCVS day one skills and competencies
Ideally been an Internal Quality Assurer for a training provider
Hold or be willing to work to an EQA Level 4 Award
The role will be a mixture of office based / remote working.
There will be travelling approximately 3 times a month this will be to CQ centres within UK and also the Suffolk Central office.

You can become an EQA with CQ if you have the following:

Subject expertise in a veterinary nursing qualification
A recognised qualification in internal quality assurance
A recognised qualification in external quality assurance or willing to undertake a qualification alongside the role
The ability to travel
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to interact with a wide variety of people
Selfmotivation and good organisation skills

Experience

RVN/MRCVS professional qualification: 1 year (preferred)
Previous IQA experience
MRCVS / RVN time in practice
