Our client, a highly reputable independent broker based in Southampton, is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join their expanding team.

With a commitment to making independent decisions and access to the entire market, they have successfully built a portfolio of over 400 clients.

Role Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their objectives and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the current client base, as well as through new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire client lifecycle.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Senior Account Executive or similar role within the insurance services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of products and services, with a focus on business protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and drive business growth.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant qualifications and industry certifications are preferred but not required.
