Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their objectives and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the current client base, as well as through new client acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about market trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the entire client lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Senior Account Executive or similar role within the insurance services industry.
- Strong knowledge of products and services, with a focus on business protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively and drive business growth.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Relevant qualifications and industry certifications are preferred but not required.
