Supply Chain Manager

Job Function

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Responsible for setting stock levels of FG's based upon sales forecasts
  • Setting inventory policy for raw materials to enable efficient procurement to maximise cash, and avoid stock outs
  • Overall responsibility for inventory, transport, receiving and shipping
  • Purchase orders for the business
  • Working to and reporting against a budget

Personal Attributes

  • Affable personality, but tough negotiator
  • A logical and highly organised individual
  • Must be a team player, and be able to add value in a cross functional team
  • Confident on the shop floor as well as the office

Qualifications & Experience

  • A CIPS qualified Procurement or Supply Chain Manager
  • 5+ Years' experience in manufacturing ideally FMCG
  • Experience of importing from China and India and advantage
  • Experienced with ERP systems

Coventry, CV4


Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday


Benefits: 20 days per year + Bank Holidays
