Excellent communication skills (Ability to converse and share ideas/ suggestion and follow through on meetings). This role will require you to develop a deep understanding of clients processes and typical business needs.

You will be responsible for working with clients and the team in delivering end to end Solutions

Good technical experience and background

This is a Senior level role and solid experience in implementation delivery is required.


Experience in Microsoft Technologies will be beneficial

• Azure DevOps
• Git
• MS Sharepoint
• Power Apps

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the team and the Delivery Lead to ensure that project quality meets standards
• Agile Delivery experience would be beneficial
• Experience in Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution would be highly beneficial
• Capture Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system endusers' requirements
• Document the captured enduser requirements (system requirement specification) and communicate requirements to system developers
• Propose system solutions based on captured requirements and documentation of functional designs
• Master data preparation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP system
• Document system enduser user manuals, conduct training sessions and UAT (user acceptance testing) sessions for endusers
• Provide functional support for system golive phase, handle and resolve functional support cases
• Experience in managing and preparation of Budgets
• Manage partnerships with crossfunctional team to ensure consistent, positive client interaction
