What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain company CRM system
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate marketing channels
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Format applicant CV's and submit to clients within tight deadlines
  • Develop and maintain client relationships at hiring manager level
  • Manage the timesheet process and prepare weekly/monthly payroll sheets on excel
  • Provide recruiting reports to the Management team
  • Actively promote Adversa's values and commitments at all times

Requirements:


  • Strong computer skills; experience of using MS Office Package
  • Ability to learn how to conduct different types of recruitment interviews (structured, competencybased, stress etc)
  • Ability to learn various recruiting processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Excellent organisational skills

Benefits

  • Basic salary range £19,000 £21,000 and rising to £23,000 after successful completion of probation period.
