Description

We are looking for an experienced person to provide a high level of business and programme support to our Children and Young People's (CYP) Transformation Team within the Integrated Care Board.

The CYP Team oversees the delivery of the CYP transformation programmes across Mental Health, Complex Physical Health/Illness, and Special Education and Disability (SEND) services within Northamptonshire.

The Children and Young People's (CYP)Transformation team is a small team of Transformation Managers/Leads who oversee and manage the CYP Programme for the ICB.

The team has responsibility to ensure the ICB meets its constitutional standards for CYP Mental Health and the statutory duties for children with SEND and Children in Care.

The team leads the specific commissioning programme areas of work across CYP Mental Health, CYP with SEND and CYP with Complex and Physical Health needs.

The CYP Team are passionate about how they can, together with children and their families, ensure children have the best possible start in life, address health inequalities and make a difference to improve outcomes for children so that they stay well within their communities and are able to access their education.

Undertake detailed information analysis of specific data/ projects/ reports to inform work.
Update, maintain,organise, gather and analyse information to predict/ meet future team needs
Monitor and track risks and issues within a programme approach methodology.
Contribute to the information management of performance, taking a lead for specific CYP Transformation projects
Ensure accurate and open communication and coordination with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions, and projects.
Take the lead in developing processes to effectively support the CYP Transformation team around document storage, regular reporting templates for the ICS, NHSE etc.
Develop and maintain effective information systems across the team including the use of the Excel spreadsheets/formulas and databases; capturing reporting data as agreed and proactively maintaining logs and events for the team.
Create and update project documents including liaising with programme leads to get up to date information to support delivery of key programmes
Undertake reporting and analysis of information and data for inclusion in system reports
Be a key member of the team as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally
