Job Title

Personal Assistant / Carer

Purpose of the job
Personal assistant required for a lovely 18-year-old male who lives in the Congleton, CW12 area.

I have autism and learning difficulties. Promote independence and build confidence. Experience preferred.


Hours and rate of Pay
£11.00 per hour

5 hours per week (weekends)


Main Duties
To access the community safely and promote independence.

Travel training via public transport.

Going to the gym

Going to coffee shops

Visiting garden centres

To build confidence in building relationships.

Promote good communication and interaction skills.


Personal Assistant Specification
Must have driving license and access to own vehicle.

My DBS check will be required.

Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.

My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.

You must be able to work well independently.

My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
