As a Team 'll be motivating, coaching, and developing the sales team to exceed targets.

You'll play a leading role on the shop floor by identifying and maximising sales opportunities whilst ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will be an essential support in the management team in assisting the daily running of the site.

What we are looking for
You will have previous experience in a retail position, ideally with some exposure to management too (but don't worry that's not essential)

Are you looking for a chance to lead from the front and drive customer experience in one of our sites?

We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Wandsworth site, London.

As a Team leader, you will act as the vital link between site management and the customer service assistants, driving service and sales.

How you'll make a difference

In this entry level management position, you will assist the Site and Site Management by:

Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
Coaching and motivating the Customer Service Assistant to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the site is always customerready
Making sure your site looks great, maintaining all operation standards.
Ensuring operational policies and procedures are respected
Understanding your site's targets, and playing your part to ensure they are achieved
