Description

Responsibilities:


  • First point of contact in reception to meet, greet and record customers and suppliers
  • Manage daily staffing / attendance records for Fire and evacuation requirements
  • Answering inbound (nonsales) enquiries
  • Travel arrangements for management and directors
  • Diary management for CEO, MD and FD
  • Meeting administration and notetaking
  • Attend board meetings to impartially collate, then distribute notes and actions
  • Administration of expense claims
  • Building client relations i.e. making regular phone calls, supporting timely payments and delivering our values.> Managing credit control. Allocating payments, monthly statements, phone calls, letters etc.
  • Administration of petty cash
  • Administration of expense claims
  • Managing the collating and entry of credit card receipts
  • Filing, scanning and archiving of financial & HR paperwork and records
  • General office admisntration duties as and when required
  • Adhoc projects as required.

Skills:


  • Good organisational ability and accuracy / attention to detail
  • Appropriate level of data protection, security and confidentiality awareness
  • Ability to multiskill
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cope with frequent and varied tasks and prioritise workload

Experience:


  • Experience in administration
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly, i.e. SAGE and our inhouse CLARITY system.
  • The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative support across the business and support the finance team, with the opportunity with support to develop financial skills and knowledge.

Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
