Description

The postholder will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating the smooth day to day running of community council buildings including dealing with tenant queries;
  • Halls Booking Management in conjunction with Clerk
  • Update and Maintain electronic Management System,
  • Produce weekly Booking schedules and generate invoices,
  • Develop effective liaison, participation and consultation within the Community;
  • Ensure effective performance monitoring within an action planning framework;
  • Line management responsibility for centre staff and management of staff rotas with overall accountability to the Clerk;
  • Inspection of both halls to ensure maintenance and cleaning is at a high standard and adequate preparation for room hire;
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed in accordance with the council policies and procedures including suitable training is provided for employees;
  • Liaison with Service providers and contractors maintaining upkeep of buildings in line with safeguarding and health and safety of premises and resources.
  • Work with elected councillors and volunteers to support the running of community Events
  • Provide quarterly reports to the Community Council

Salary:
From £24,480.00 per year
