Description
We are looking for a permanent full time Office Junior.

Experience would be an advantage, however training will be provided.

Monday-Thursday 9.00am-4.30pm and Friday 9.00am-4.00pm (paid two 15 minute breaks and 30 mins unpaid lunch)


Duties to include:
Answering phone calls,

Typing quotations,

Chasing quotations,

Acknowledgements,

Scanning,

Filing,

Checking invoice quantity/prices,

Ordering office/stock supplies,

Completion of Delivery and Site notes,

Liaise with suppliers regards delivery dates,

Arranging courier collections,

And other general office duties,
