Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Therapy Support Worker to join our inpatient Medical and Health Services For Elderly People (HSEP) Team working on the inpatient wards at Barnet Hospital.


We are looking for individuals who demonstrate an energetic, enthusiastic and flexible approach to their work, who have knowledge and practical experience of working in health care.

The ability to work well with all members of the multi-disciplinary team is essential.

The successful applicant will be required to work 37.5 hours a week within a 7 day service. Flexible working arrangements may be considered if raised at interview.


The successful applicant will be joining an experienced multidisciplinary therapy team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians and Therapy Support Workers, supported by a Clinical Lead Therapist and an Advanced Frailty Practitioner.

We are committed to supporting development of staff through training, supervision, joint sessions with therapists and appraisal.
